Project Description
Developing a monitoring and evaluation and lesson-learning mechanism to cover a period of 3 years. The lesson learning component includes producing a film to reach a larger audience. The organisation programme Solidarité-Eau (pS-Eau) is also involved in the project, raising awareness within the WASH sector.
