Project Description
This is a Société Immobilière de Guyane-led pre-operational study for an urban renewal project that involves the urban renovation of a social housing neighbourhood in Cayenne. The study covers urban, landscape, architectural and VRD aspects in order to propose a guide for redeveloping this neighbourhood.

The study aims to define a development plan for renovating a 5-hectare social housing district that contains 350 dwellings that house around 3,000 inhabitants, and 40 shops. The study is divided into 2 phases (1 definite phase DP / 1 optional phase OP), and 4 components:
- Developing regulatory procedures and financing tools (OP)
- Conducting a review, identifying local issues and defining strategic orientations (DP)
- Producing development scenarios (DP)
- Producing a reference guide (DP)
- Developing regulatory procedures and financing tools (OP)
