Project Description

Formulating the Special Management and Protection Plan and complementary studies for Santa Elena Market Square, as well as producing urban development studies, financing strategies and budgetary mechanisms for Santa Elena Market Square and its area of influence as part of the Santiago de Cali Green Corridor project.

• Drawing up a Special Management and Protection Plan for the Galeria Santa Elena cultural asset in order to determine the actions required to ensure its protection, conservation and sustainability
  
• Developing a comprehensive pre-feasibility urban proposal for transforming the Galeria Santa Elena area; Structuring financing and land management mechanisms, instruments and strategies for implementing the urban proposal and the Special Management and Protection Plan
  
• Developing and implementing a community participation strategy for the people living in the project’s area of influence.
